About Odd Bird
CRAFT BAKERY
After working for more than a decade in various small bakeries, Rachel started Odd Bird as a side project while she stayed home with her babies. During the pandemic, Rachel and her family delivered "Pajama Boxes" around town on Saturday mornings and people loved receiving their freshly baked pastries at their doorstep. Since then, Odd Bird has grown and is now truly a family business! We focus on originality and hope to bring some fresh ideas to old favorites. Ingredients locally sourced in Durango, Colorado are frequently featured in our products and we are always looking to connect and collaborate with local small businesses. We specialize in wedding cakes, birthday cakes, pies, cookies, pastries, brownies, and all manner of unforgettable desserts.
Odd Bird is located within and collaborates with Still Life Coffee and Botanicals to provide a memorable pastry experience. Our menu changes to call forth the best parts of each season - fresh, bright fruit in the summer; warm, comforting spices in the winter. We hope you'll love what we have to share!
